**Payment Terms :**

1. **Payment Timing**: Payment is due within 30 days of booking or prior to the event, whichever comes first. Bookings are reserved on a first-pay, first-serve basis, so it's important to be prompt.

2. **Flexible Policy**: Sometimes, we might be able to make exceptions to this rule. We'll decide on a case-by-case basis.

3. **Late Payment Fee**: If your payment arrives a bit late, there's a small $50 admin fee.

4. **Late Payments**: If payment is over 30 days late, it may need to go to collections. Keep in mind, collection fees, interest, and legal costs may apply.

5. **Accurate Billing Details**: It's important to provide accurate billing information. If we need to issue a new or corrected invoice due to any errors, we'll charge a $50 admin fee. The due date remains the same.

6. **Cancellation Policy**: If you need to cancel, we understand. If you do so 30 or more days before the event, there's a $100 cancellation fee. If it's within 30 days of the event, full payment is required.

**Additional Terms :**

7. **Venue Responsibility**: You're in charge of finding a suitable venue, but don't worry, we're here to help you make it special!

8. **Weather Consideration**: For outdoor events, please keep an eye on the weather. Our entertainers can't perform in wet conditions, so make sure there's a dry spot.

9. **Shade Requirement**: If it's an outdoor event, provide some shade, like a gazebo. It should be at least 4 square meters with three sides for your guests' comfort.

10. **Punctuality**: Our entertainers are excited to perform on time! Any extension or shorter performance depends on the entertainer's schedule and is at their sole discretion. We'll do our best to accommodate.

11. **Parking Consideration**: Please ensure nearby parking is available. If not, it may cause delays and/or a shorter show. If paid or metered parking is required, it is the customer's responsibility.
